This poster provides a high-level overview of the NHS pay offer in principle that was made by the government to Agenda for Change (AfC) trade unions for staff who are subject to AfC pay and terms and conditions. These unions are currently consulting with their members on this offer; see consultation dates on this web page.
Employers can use the poster to promote the high level detail of the offer and to encourage staff to vote in the consultations.
