Our new NHS terms and conditions of service (TCS) resource hub has been developed to assist employers in understanding and applying the NHS TCS Handbook and NHS Job Evaluation Handbook.

Content is divided into chapters and includes frequently asked questions (FAQs), scenarios and guidance on:

  • pay
  • leave
  • contractual working arrangements
  • end of contract
  • travel
  • job evaluation.
