Updated HCPC standards of conduct, performance and ethics
Revised standards from the Health and Care Professions Council came into effect on 1 September 2024.
Updated standards of conduct, performance and ethics from the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) are now in place.
The ten standards have been developed with input from various sources and across all of the HCPC’s regulated professions.
Employers should make sure registrants that they work with, or who are members of their organisations, are aware of the revisions that have been made and that they are now in force.
The HCPC standards are regularly reviewed to ensure they are relevant to current practice, and can be clearly understood by those who use them.
