Upcoming webinars on replacement solution for ESR

NHSBSA is procuring and delivering a future NHS workforce solution that will build upon the success of the ESR. 

The new system will be delivered to more than 1.8 million NHS colleagues across England and Wales, helping employers carry out their roles effectively and efficiently, and improving the support to employees throughout their NHS working life.

To support successful adoption of the new system and maximise the benefits, the following webinars are taking place. Please click on any to register. 

• Planning your transformation journey – Tuesday 10 September 2024, 1-2pm - Focusing on the importance of workforce transformation to prepare for the future solution. Explore new ways of working to improve decision making, productivity and service delivery, and understand impacts of changes in your organisation.
• Unlocking your digital capability – Wednesday 18 September 2024, 3-4pm - Understand the importance of workforce optimisation to support your transition to the new system To improve digital capability, learn how you can fully optimise ESR and other third-party workforce systems to make processes more efficient.
• The power of good data – Monday 23 September 2024 – 1:30-2:30pm - How clean is your data? Improving your data quality now will support a smoother transition to the future system. Explore how you can achieve this through improved collection processes, national and local reporting, data sharing agreements and supporting the transfer and use of data.

Stakeholders across NHS England are encouraged to read the strategic messaging from the programme to understand what you need to action now to prepare for the changes ahead.
