HCPC revised standards of conduct, performance and ethics
A reminder that the revised standards will be coming into effect later this year.
Updated standards of conduct, performance and ethics from the Health and Care Profession Council’s (HCPC) will be in place from 1 September 2024.
Employers should make sure registrants that they work with, or who are members of their organisations, are aware of the revisions that have been made and when they come into force.
The HCPC standards are regularly reviewed to ensure they are relevant to current practice, and can be clearly understood by those who use them.
Information about the standards can be found on the HCPC website. There are also details on a series of webinars being held for registrants and stakeholders to understand the changes and ask any questions they may have.
