Taking ownership of agile working: how do we re-establish the foundations for where, when, and how we work?
This webinar looked at the latest evidence-based practice to support employers with offering flexibility by default to the current and future NHS workforce.
agiLab is a collaboration between University of Sussex and the NHS to develop research-led best practices for effective agile working.
What we discussed
- As we continue to adjust to life after the pandemic, we explored whether employers need to reset their vision of agile working to attract and retain a diverse and sustainable workforce.
- We heard the latest research in agile working, this time focusing on constant connectivity.
- Thought about whether offering agile apprenticeships and placements could help to attract and retain the future workforce.
- Heard best practice from an exemplar leader.
