Nurses' views on flexible working
NHS Employers sought the views of nurses and midwives to better understand attitudes and arrangements around flexible working in the NHS.
A survey was created to gather the views of nurses, to understand the enablers and barriers to flexible working, and how examples of success could be replicated at scale. The survey looked specifically at the opportunities available to nurses and what their employers can do to support a more flexible approach to working.
