Updates to scenarios on immigration policy resource
The Impacts of the changes to the UK immigration policy webpage has been updated.
A number of updates to the Impacts of the changes to the UK immigration web page have been published on the NHS Employers website, including new scenarios reflecting changes to pay policy.
The changes include:
- additional scenario examples of roles to include doctors, AHPs, pharmacists and biomedical scientists
- updates to existing example scenarios to reflect the Agenda for Change 2024-25 pay banding
- the latest information on the family visa salary threshold, as this is staying at £29,000 until a review has been completed by the Migration Advisory Committee (MAC).
The Home Office intends to update the going rates for salaries each April based on the latest salary data available. Employers should bear in mind that current going rates may change in the future.
