Recruiting refugees into the workforce
North West London ICB shared its successful pilot of the NW London Refugee Employment Programme.
This webinar focused on how North West London ICB is working to attract refugees into NHS and social care roles.
Through collaboration with local partners including NHS trusts, higher education colleges, local authorities and charities, North West London (NWL) ICB has successfully piloted the North West London Refugee Employment Programme that has delivered employment and volunteering opportunities for in country refugees and asylum seekers who have permission to work in UK.
Thanks to the pilot's success, it is now being rolled out nationwide called refugees into employment.
During the webinar North West London ICB shared its learning from the pilot and invited other ICBs to join the nation wide programme.
