agiLab is a collaboration between University of Sussex and the NHS to develop research led best practice for effective agile working.

This webinar will look at the current practice and tools needed to plug the skills gap for a fully supported agile workforce in the NHS.  

Programme

  • Dr Emma Russell, director of agiLab, will open the session and provide a research round up.

  • Professor Danat Valizade, University of Leeds, will explore: 'Employer adoption of AI and digital technologies: implications for skills development'. 

  • Emma Morley, associate director, Work Psychology Group, will explore: 'New Medical Schools: learnings for widening access and building skills in the NHS'.

  • An exemplar organisation will share its best practice on supporting the future generation of workforce with the skills needed.
