This webinar focused on how North West London ICB successfully ran the NW London Refugee Employment pilot by recruiting over 80 refugees.
We were joined by Anthony Sembatya and Nathan Christie-Plummer from North West London ICB, and Massoud Fouladi and Carolyn Regan, who shared their insights and experiences of the work which has now led to a national programme for refugees into employment, helping other organisations with recruiting refugees.
Some of the topics covered during the webinar were:
- the number of refugees in the UK who are ready to work and how many have been recruited so far
- the benefits of recruiting refugees into the workforce
- what they want to do next to grow the programme nationally.
