Employment checks e-learning made available to non-NHS organisations

In 2023 NHS Employers developed six e-learning modules to support employers with their understanding and application of the NHS Employment Checks Standards. The modules are designed to help recruiters improve their knowledge, confidence and decision-making during the pre-employment checks process.

Until now, access has only been available to employers based within the NHS. However, following a significant number of requests for access from external organisations, such as recruitment agencies and suppliers who provide workers to the NHS, the e-learning package is now available on the eIntegrity website (an international partner platform of NHS England’s Learning Hub) where licences to access the content can be purchased. 

Free access to the resource remains exclusive to NHS organisations on the Learning Hub.
