The Midlands Leadership Academy provides OD support to OD practitioners through their communities of practice groups and offers OD practitioners across the Midlands a safe space to share experiences and learning as well as peer to peer support to develop their practice.

Greater Manchester Community of Practice (GMCP) aims to support all health, care and wider public services colleagues around OD and culture, talent, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, engagement, skills development and any other emerging themes. OD practitioners can request to join the Hampshire and the Isle of Wight OD network through the NHS Futures website. Users can then access to the network's shared contacts, information and resources.

The London Leadership and Organisational Development Network (L&ODN) is a community of practice open to people working in the field of organisation and system development in health and social care in London. It provides a forum for people to discuss their practice, share insights, knowledge and experience, and raise practice queries.
