Tally Kandola

Tally is Head of Professional Development for the people profession at NHS England. She previously worked within NHS organisations and higher education as an OD practitioner. More recently she moved into her current role, within the national team, to deliver the Future of NHS HR & OD report actions. She is enthusiastic about supporting development of the people profession and working closely with colleagues to co-create and deliver initiatives.
