Swarnjit Singh

Swarnjit has extensive experience in working with boards in the civil service, in the NHS and on inclusion issues.

He has worked as private secretary to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, and as trust secretary at Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As its diversity and inclusion lead, he secured Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust’s status as an exemplar site from NHS Employers before working to lead inclusion work at the London Strategic Health Authority, and later becoming the national NHS equality delivery system (EDS) manager.

In addition to his current role, he is secretary to the University College London Healthcare Alliance, and a member of North Central London’s population health and health inequalities steering group.
