Steph Foley

Programme lead

A degree in russian studies, experience in working in both primary and secondary schools to help pupils achieve their potential, and a role managing volunteers for a public health charity all contributed to Steph’s passion for seeing the best in people and creating the conditions for people to thrive, which fits in well with the values of team Do OD.

After two maternity leaves and a few years working away from Do OD on other NHS workforce programmes including the Flu Fighter staff vaccination campaign, Steph rejoined the Do OD team in 2018 and is thrilled to be back home! Steph manages Do OD’s online learning offer and supports the OD Virtual Mentoring programme, as well as connecting the community through regular newsletters, meetings and events. Her favourite thing about working for Do OD is the enthusiasm and commitment shown by all of the members of our fabulous community.
