Samantha Kenny
Samantha is an OD professional with over 13 years’ experience working within education and organisational development. She is currently working in the NHS, drawing upon experiences from a range of public services including social housing, secondary education and the university sector.
In the last seven years, she has specialised in employee engagement, recognition and wellbeing, working to deliver strategic approaches across the organisation’s people agenda and employee lifecycle, to embed organisational values and drive culture change. With a strong focus on workforce data and understanding teams’ engagement indicators, she uses this to support both strategic and operational planning to identify opportunities and bring out the best in people, developing high performance team cultures. Most recently she has worked as an OD consultant to NHS trusts across the UK as part of a project in collaboration with NHS England to develop and support organisations to use the Team Engagement and Development tool designed and created by Lancashire Teaching Hospitals.
