Sahima Hussain

Sahima joined NHS Employers in July 2014. As Head of Employment Relations she is responsible for the work of the NHS Staff Council, maintenance of the Terms and Conditions of Service (TCS) Handbook and wider employer and stakeholder engagement. Sahima has also worked in the Medical Pay and Workforce team at NHS Employers and was involved with the 2016 Doctors and Dentists negotiations. Prior to working at NHS Employers, Sahima worked at Leeds Teaching Hospitals.
