Nicky Cambridge

Nicky Cambridge is head of equality, diversity and inclusion, NHS Sussex Integrated Care Board. Previously she worked on the Black and Minority Ethnic covid response programme and leading public and patient involvement for the NHS in East Sussex. 

She has held various roles across the public and community sector including chief executive of HealthWatch Brighton and Hove. She has also held senior roles in local government and has 20+ years of equality of working in equality and health inequality, alongside many national and local trustee roles.
