Katie Michala

Katie joined NHS Employers in September 2020, working on a variety of programmes within the development and employment team before joining NES in January 2022. Katie took an internal secondment leading on leadership development programmes within the primary care setting.

Having worked in the education system for several years prior to this role, she is passionate and enthusiastic in supporting the public sector and NHS. Katie has a masters in organisational psychology where she specialised in employee voice and the menopause. 

Her role as a senior engagement manager means she is able to creatively design network sessions that draw on London’s workforce priorities in an engaging and inclusive manner.
