Justine supports the delivery of a national safety and learning service that shares claims data and usable thematic insights that act as a catalyst for improvement to benefit patients and staff in England. Working collaboratively across the wider health system to contribute to the development of tailored safety intelligence, risk profiles and proliferation of learning materials. She is one of NHS England’s safety specialists.
