James Jackson

James is people and wellbeing senior leader within NHS South, Central and West (SCW), leading a programme of work towards ‘Belonging at SCW’. 

Outside of the NHS, James is a director and co-founder of NXTGEN Learning LTD and #spacetotalk and EDI Committee member at Nottingham Forest football club community trust. 

He is passionate about embedding inclusive practice within early education and organisational cultures and is an active mental health advocate. 

James has lectured at St Mary's University, London on inclusive marketing and features frequently as a subject matter expert guest speaker.
