Dr Thanda Mhlanga

Associate Director of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Thanda holds a doctorate in leadership and management and joined the NHS from academia as an organisation development (OD) lead for equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and is currently an associate director of EDI in the NHS. In addition, he runs a consultancy that specialises in inclusive and compassionate leadership, executive coaching and mentoring, EDI and OD strategies that aim to improve organisations, teams, and individuals.
