Carol Hill
Carol is an assistant director in the NHS Confederation’s partnerships and equality team. She has spent her entire career in the NHS, initially as a clinical pharmacist and then in general management/director roles in trusts. Moving into commissioning roles Carol created and led CCGs (Clinical Commissioning Group) in Newham and in Luton as chief executive.
Her passion for working with deprived communities was evident in her leadership, working with partners across the system and empowering diverse communities to work in co-production, improving care, experience and outcomes for all served.
Carol is a highly experienced compassionate leader.
