Becky Tasker

Becky is a programme manager in the diversity and inclusion (D&I) team at NHS Employers. She has been working in the field of D&I for three years, helping NHS organisations to embed D&I good practice across the NHS. She is passionate about creating an inclusive culture, where everyone can reach their true potential. 

With the rest of the team, her work includes organising the annual Disability Summit, acting as secretariat for the NHS Staff Council's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Group and delivering the national Diversity in Health and Care Partners Programme. 

Becky has 25 years’ experience in the NHS, including work around medical pay and workforce, primary care contracting and HR networks. She is CIPD qualified and is currently undertaking the CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Approaches to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
