Details of the updated job matching profiles for residential and day care roles in the social care profile suites
The NHS Staff Council Job Evaluation Group (JEG) have reviewed and updated the national profiles for residential and day care services at the request of stakeholders in Northern Ireland.
Evidence gathered by JEG, and feedback received during the consultation, suggested that changes to the way in which staff were deployed needed to be better reflected in the profile wording.
The NHS Staff Council has now agreed the changes and the updated version of these national job matching profiles can be accessed on the national job profiles page. Within the profile suite you can find more information on the changes that have been made.
