Members of the public are invited to make nominations for the Our Health Heroes Awards 2025.

Nominations are now open to the public for the 2025 Our Health Heroes Awards.

Our Health Heroes shines a spotlight on the diverse healthcare workforce that stands beside NHS doctors and nurses at the forefront of care. From porters and cleaners to receptionists, gardeners, and security guards, these often overlooked roles represent around 40 per cent of the NHS's one million-strong workforce.

You can make your nomination(s) across nine categories via the Our Health Heroes website.

NHS Employers is continuing its support for the awards this year and is proud to sponsor the Outstanding Lifetime Contribution to Healthcare category.

Nominations close on Tuesday 4 March at 11:59pm.
