The 2024 NHS Staff Survey results have been published by NHS England showing little movement on the previous year's scores.
The survey is the largest employment survey in the UK and offers a snapshot in time of how people experience their working lives in the NHS, gathered at the same time each year.
The 2024 results have shown little movement on the previous year's scores, with only a handful of minor improvements and some of the response areas - such as violence against staff - going backwards.
