NHS England launches flexible working e-learning
A programme of e-learning modules exploring key challenges and opportunities, offering practical solutions, and integrating supportive guidance and underpinning legislation into a user-friendly, interactive format is available from NHS England.
The first of the modules introduces the principles of working flexibly within NHS organisations along with the terms and conditions and legislations in place to support flexible working.
The programme is for NSH leaders, line managers, and HR professionals and contributes to the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan aims to:
- foster workplace culture where flexible working is normal
- enhance well-being, increase productivity, improve retention; and
- contribute to higher-quality patient care.
