Consultation extended: Nursing and midwifery job role profile review
The Job Evaluation Group (JEG) has extended its deadline for submitting feedback to the band 7 and above nursing and midwifery job role profile review. The consultation will now close at 7pm on Sunday 12 January 2025.
The decision to extended the deadline allows more time for local discussions to continue and comprehensive feedback to be compiled. JEG is inviting the submission of detailed responses and additional evidence that will be used to confirm or further amend the draft profiles before publication.
We encourage both individuals and NHS organisations to submit feedback which can be done in partnership between employers and staff-side colleagues. People best placed to respond to the survey includes:
- HR and people professionals
- nursing and midwifery leads
- job evaluation leads
- trade union reps.
