This webinar offered a showcase for OD practitioners with experience of developing successful, integrated working environments in the health and care system to talk about their work, and offer top tips and insight.
The session featured speakers from OD teams at Buckingham Health and Social Care Academy and Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board, while also exploring the latest resources developed by NHS Employers' Systems and Integration team to support joined up working.
The content is primarily aimed at OD practitioners, HR professionals or managers working in health and care who want to learn more about the work of OD teams within integrated health and care systems.
