NHS Employers hosted this webinar with NHS England focusing on the retention of internationally recruited staff working in the NHS.
The webinar explored the four pillars of the international retention toolkit which has been developed in collaboration with NHS England. The four pillars are:
- creating strong foundations
- making new recruits feel welcome
- building belonging
- maximising personal and professional growth.
Each pillar had a different speaker from a different trust sharing their learning and experience.
