As announced on 16 March 2023, Agenda for Change (AfC) trade unions (TUs) are consulting with their members on the government’s ‘offer in principle’, which includes additional pay for 2022/23 and a pay settlement for 2023/24, as well as non-pay measures to support the NHS workforce.
Although these consultations close at different times, the union's collective position will only be confirmed once consultation outcomes are know from all AfC TUs.
All consultation results are expected to be announced in early May 2023.
