Claire Ingle
Claire Ingle is an HR Professional with 26 years experience, with the last nine years being in the NHS. Her current role is head of people services in Bradford District Care NHS FT but she has also previously worked in Greater Manchester across acute and mental health trusts.
After her own fertility journey, Claire has a particular interest in family building and how this is supported in the workplace for those who need assisted reproductive treatment to have a baby of their own. A huge part of Claire’s experience in this field is with the LGBTQ+ community and how workplaces are lacking the knowledge, education and insight to support those who cannot have children without medical intervention.
Claire is an advocate for more equitable work practices and has spoken in the education hub for the last two years at The Modern Family Show held in London about paths to parenthood and workplace rights when adopting, fostering and using surrogacy arrangements.
