eVisa seminar with the Home Office

In this masterclass session, NHS Employers will be joined by representatives from the Home Office who will discuss the roll out of eVisas, compliance and what they mean for employers.

The session will be chaired by Vickie Hage, programme lead for international and domestic workforce supply at NHS Employers. She will be joined by representatives from the Home Office who will speak on the role out of eVisas, compliance, and Right to Work checks.
A full agenda will be shared closer to the time.
Who should attend
This seminar is aimed at HR and international recruitment leads at NHS trusts.
To ensure the best seminar possible, the event will be capped at 350 registrants. A wait list will be in place for additional registrants.
The event will be recorded and will be posted on our website following the event.
You can register for the event and your request will be approved by the international recruitment team. Confirmed attendees will get sign in details in due course.
Learning objectives
At the end of this session, attendees will:
- learn about the of roll out of eVisas
- learn what eVisas mean for the current and future overseas workforce
- know what actions you need to take as employers and NHS trust.
Representatives from the Right to Work team will be attending to support and demonstrate to employers how eVisa will fit into the existing processes and answer any questions.
Questions for the panel
Based on feedback from the previous masterclass, we are asking registrants to submit questions you may have in advance of the session. You can do this when completing the registration link, so please have questions ready when registering.
These questions will guide representatives from the Home Office to tailor their presentations to the operational needs of NHS trusts.
There will also be a chance to submit questions during the event, and as many as possible will be answered on the day.
Next session
The final masterclass session with the Home Office will take place in early 2025 and will be themed on sponsorship responsibilities. Registration details will be shared closer to the time.
