Prior to that he was a CIPD qualified human resources professional with a successful career in the private sector and a career in HR in the NHS.
Mano wants to leave a legacy in whatever small way he can to make inclusiveness a priority within the organisation. His children will shortly enter the world of work and he wants their experiences to be better than his own. He believes the combination of personal experiences and professional background equips him to provide the practical solutions to inclusivity that will make a measurable difference.
