Lee has worked in the NHS since 2017 where, with his OD colleagues at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals (LTH), he has worked to develop the Team Engagement and Development (TED) approach. Since it’s inception seven years ago, the TED approach has helped hundreds of teams at LTH to identify their strengths, overcome challenges, manage change, and improve the way they work together. Recently, TED has been recognised by NHS England and Improvement as a valuable tool for supporting the work of healthcare teams in providing excellent patient care.
