The webinar was aimed at staff engagement leads, staff experience practitioners and anyone with an interest in understanding and harnessing the results of the annual NHS Staff Survey.
NHS Employers policy manager Steven Weeks covered trends in the national data with a particular focus on staff engagement. He talked about how the data can be analysed by trusts to shape action on improving all aspects of staff experience.
Head of Staff Experience at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust Rob Fordham shared his experience of developing a special analysis tool which identifies key drivers for staff survey scores. Through this tool the trust has been able to focus on the most impactful interventions to improve staff experience and related survey scores.
