Join our Total Reward Engagement Network (TREN) sessions to engage with colleagues from across the NHS to develop and share your reward knowledge and experiences.
We will facilitate the network with the agenda driven by members. Events will include a mix of expert opinion and Q&A sessions, employer case studies, networking and interactive workshops. Events will operate under Chatham House rules to encourage open discussions. The network will inform the ongoing development of our reward work programme.
Why should I join?
The network provides an opportunity for HR managers, business partners and reward professionals from across the NHS to come together in a relaxed, open environment to share experiences and hear what other organisations are doing in this area.
Delegates who have attended our previous TREN sessions said they were useful and informative, and provided an opportunity to network and develop new approaches to reward.

We are also running a Reward in the NHS event on 4 May 2017 which will give you an opportunity to connect, learn and share ideas from colleagues across the NHS. You will be able to gather knowledge and insight from a range of experts, from both inside and outside the NHS, who will be showcasing examples of good practice.
