We have recorded a new podcast with Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to find out more about their training programme and the impact it has had on their staff.

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust have worked with Dr Paul Flaxman, Senior Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at City, University of London, to develop a resilience training programme for their staff. Over the last year they have focused on training their nurses in this programme, to help reduce stress and build resilience. We joined some of the trainers on their train the trainer review day to find out more.

You can listen to the podcast to hear from staff who have received the training and learn from their experiences.
