Total Reward Statements - Totally about you

Total Reward Statements (TRS) for 2016-17 will be released at the end of August 2017 and will be refreshed midway through the year to ensure that high quality and accurate data is provided to members.

Actions for employers 

Clean your data - The data cut for the next statement refresh will be taken at 7pm on Friday 23 June 2017 and employers are asked to correct any data errors. Further information on the data cleansing is available on the NHS Business Services Authority website

Update your local benefits page -  Upload your reward offer onto the local benefits page of TRS to highlight the benefits you offer in one place and help your staff understand and appreciate their overall reward package for working for your organisation. Use our local benefits page checklist with tips on what you can include. The deadline for uploading your local benefits page is 31 July 2017.

TRS contact details - Update your TRS contact details if they have changed since last year. You can do this by contacting NHS Business Services Authority at nhsbsa.contactdetails@nhs.net with the name, contact details and employing authority code.
