With just under four weeks to go until the first of the NHS Employers joint Brexit events with the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA), there’s still time to book your place.
The aim of the events is to bring together HR and other interested directors from both the NHS and the higher education sector to discuss positive ways of responding to current and future workforce challenges.
The programme is now live, with Daniel Mortimer Chief Executive, NHS Employers, and Helen Fairfoul Chief Executive, UCEA, opening the day to outline the implications of Brexit for both sectors.
Other highlights include:
- Elisabetta Zanon director of the NHS Confederation European Office will give the EU insight on Brexit.
- The Recruitment and Employment Confederation will give a view on how Brexit effects recruitment overseas.
- Delegates will get chance to hear from good practice case studies from both sectors on how trusts and higher education institutions are tackling workforce challenges posed by Brexit.
