The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) have issued an update containing a range of information relevant to apprenticeships, including the new national minimum wage rates.
There are links to a range of updated resources including:
- a higher and degree apprenticeship fact sheet
- a parent’s guide to apprenticeships
- the Which? University guide to higher and degree apprenticeships
- materials aimed at young people considering an apprenticeship.
The update includes a round-up of this year’s national apprenticeship week, and details of the National Apprenticeship Awards 2017 which is open for entries until Friday 26 May. On top of this, features of the apprenticeship service are outlined, common questions are responded to, and there is a succinct guide aimed at those employers considering apprentices for the first time.
