Join us in Horizon Leeds on 15 March for our quarterly raising concerns share and learn.

This forum will provide HR Directors, and HR and senior managers, with shared learning, space and time to think about improving the raising concerns culture in line with Freedom to Speak Up. This session will have a particular focus around the issue of bullying and harassment, which often arise from raising and/or responding to concerns.

What to expect on the day

  • Paul Taylor, assistant director for organisational development at NHS Employers will be running workshops to look at issues and how to tackle them
  • Christopher Rowlands, equality and diversity lead at Northumberland NHS Foundation Trust will share his approach and the impact it has had at the trust so far
  • Find out the latest on the employment support scheme in secondary care being developed by NHS Improvement.
Register your free place today on our events section. Registration is from 10.30am and the forum runs from 11am-3pm and lunch is provided.
