Book your place on our quarterly raising concerns share and learn forum, which will take place in Horizon Conference Centre in Leeds on 15 March.
On the day we'll explore the issue of bullying and harassment, which can often be associated with the raising or management of concerns, and help to identify ways to equip managers to deal with these issues.
Attendees will have an opportunity to hear from Paul Taylor, assistant director for Organisational Development at NHS Employers on the issue, along with Christopher Rowlands, equality and diversity lead workforce and organisational development at Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust about their approach to bullying and harassment.
Who can attend?
The forum is aimed at HR directors, senior managers and managers who have a responsibility for raising concerns within NHS trusts. The full programme will be available shortly. The forum will last between 11am - 3pm, and lunch will be provided.
