New case study - supporting the trust on the journey to financial recovery

Family circle

Our new case study from Doncaster and Bassetlaw Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust shares their experiences of how they've improved their staff engagement levels through a new strategy and improvement directorate.

In November 2015 the trust recognised the need to make changes to help them on the road to financial recovery. With the help of a new director of strategy and improvement, Dawn Jarvis the trust has implemented a number of different activities to help them along the way. Staff have played a crucial part in the recovery by being involved in decisions about the trust and its future.

Find out more about the new directorate and the activities they've put in place by reading the case study. You can also find out more about staff engagement in the NHS on our web pages.
