There's still time to provide some quick feedback on our popular People Performance Management (PPM) toolkit.
The toolkit was re-launched in April and we want to make sure it continues to provide the practical support and information you need to help you deal confidently with performance management challenges.
We want to know:
- do you have a better understanding of good performance management practice?
- have you increased your awareness of different approaches to performance management?
- do you feel more confident in your ability to manage staff performance?
