Gender pay gap reporting - what you need to know


The government recently consulted on their intention to introduce a mandatory duty for public sector organisations to report annually on their gender pay gap.   

Following this consultation, amended regulations are anticipated to be published in early January 2017 and the legislation is expected to come into force at the end of March 2017.
