In December our monthly flu fighter competition will focus on reward. We are looking for the trust who has made the best use of rewards to encourage staff to have their flu vaccination. Rewards don't have to be expensive and the more creative the better.
The winning team may have:
- Used a creative and unique approach.
- Launched an exciting and engaging prize draw.
- Seen rewards have a noticeable impact on their vaccination numbers
