This free webinar looks at how you can support staff retention by working collaboratively across your organisation by using data.
Taking place on Monday 24 April from 11am-12pm, this webinar will provide you with all you need to know about data collection including how to get started, what data to use, and the impact of data analysis.
This webinar is aimed at anyone who uses workforce data to track staff attrition trends within NHS departments and organisations. This includes line and department managers who want to manage staff turnover alongside HR/workforce and organisational development leads.
Steven Weeks, Policy Manager, NHS Employers
Participants will hear from Steven Weeks who will explain the full benefits of using data to aid levels of staff retention, and provide examples of good practice outside of the NHS.
Ed Hindle, Head of Workforce Engagement and Information, The Newcastle Upon Tyne NHS Foundation Trust
Ed Hindle from The Newcastle Upon Tyne NHS Foundation Trust will share the story of how his team created a dashboard which intuitively forecasts trends in workforce data, allowing the team to manage retention hotspots before they occur.
Emily Allaway, Workforce and HR Information Manager, Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
Emily Allaway will talk about how in January 2016, Royal Surrey revised their leavers process and included an online exit questionnaire which has increased the return rate to over 50 per cent; this has allowed staff in the organisation to keep in touch with happy leavers, and address any concerns raised promptly and efficiently.
You will also have the opportunity to pose questions to our expert panel.
